CES support services Announcements

Dear CES Family,

Our CES support staff is here for YOU! We miss our students and cannot wait for them to come back to school.  In the meantime while we start remote learning, please feel free to reach out to any of us if you are in need of anything at all. We may be able to help link you to a resource, or find the right person for you to speak with.  We are all back in the office so please feel free to contact the school and ask for any support team member, Susan Raynor (Guidance Counselor), Wendy Sholar (Nurse), Sarah Harris (School Social Worker)  We love you all!

Here is a Fun Activity:

Desserts

Prep Time: 5 min Servings: 12 servings Source: Justataste.com

Ingredients

3 (16-oz.) bags frozen peaches or 4 cups fresh peaches, frozen solid

9 Tablespoons agave nectar or honey or use liquid stevia a 2-4 drops

1 1/2 cups plain yogurt (non-fat or whole)

3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions

Add the frozen peaches, agave nectar (or honey), yogurt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor. Process until creamy, about 5 minutes.

Serve the frozen yogurt immediately or transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Kelly's Notes:
I prefer a more tart frozen yogurt, but you can add additional agave nectar or honey if you want a sweeter-tasting dessert.
